We take pride in the cleanliness of our office, the courtesy of our staff, and the professionalism of our doctors. Any suggestions for improvement will be appreciated. You can speak to your doctor or one of our staff or send us an email or letter. If you would rather remain annonymous, you could write a note and leave it at the counter or mail it.

If we have not dealt with your concern to your satisfaction, you can contact the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC. If you have a concern about privacy and confidentiality of your personal information, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC, who has the final word on privacy issues.
